On Saturday, July 12, 2025 at approximately 2:25 p.m, in the 10500 block of Whittier, the person of interest attacked a victim with a knife. The victim sustain lacerations to his neck and hands. The person of interest is wearing a blue cap, blue pants, blue jeans and black shoes and fled the location in a blue suv.
