Language Access Program
We ensure equitable access to City services for Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals and implement the Limited English Proficiency Plan to accommodate LEP individuals in accordance with federal Title VI non-discrimination laws. We prioritize language assistance for essential services while offering interpretation services during public meetings and document translation upon request through the CRIO Department.
