Formally LaChoy Headquarters, 8100 Schoolcraft borders the Joe Louis Greenway path. Demolition was awarded to Adamo Demolition Company, with an estimated completion date in December 2022.

5260 W. Chicago

Built in 1924, this four-story apartment building overlooks Nardin Park in the Russell Woods neighborhood. Demolition was awarded to Adamo Demolition Company, with an estimated completion date in December 2022.

6199 Concord

Deemed an emergency demolition, 6199 Concord is the first parcel of the historic Packard Plant to be demolished. Demolition was awarded to Homrich, with an estimated completion date in December 2022.
