Lean Project Support

If you have a project that will benefit the City of Detroit and would like Lean systems and resources to help complete it, please contact a member of the Lean Team. Lean projects are projects that focus on opportunities to reduce waste and improve Quality, Speed, Cost, Safety, and Morale. Lean Team ARPA Support Objectives

Improve process efficiency and effectiveness for ARPA administration and projects to:

• Support timely spend-down of Detroit’s ARPA funds*
• Contribute to long-term streamlining and improvement of City processes that will last beyond ARPA

*ARPA funds must be obligated by December 31, 2024, and spent by December 31, 2026
