A focused look at the parks and sites on Detroit's East Riverfront
The East Riverfront Assets Study (ERAS) is an in-depth study of the parks and sites along the East Riverfront from Hart Plaza to St. Jean Ave. The study is part of the Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan 2022 - 2032. The study and recommendations were developed based on community feedback, observations and analysis from a technical consultant team, and coordination between city departments.
