The City Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Media Services Department, requests proposals from qualified respondents to render certain technical or professional services for:

  • Audio & Video Production Services for large-scale events (Tier II & Tier III). Pre-Proposal Conference meeting - March 31 at 2 p.m.
  • Audio & Video Production Services for small-scale events (Tier I). Pre-Proposal Conference meeting - March 31 at 2 p.m.
  • 13th Floor AV Systems Maintenance & Support Services. Pre-Proposal Conference meeting - April 7 at 10 a.m.
